Profiles

Named skill/experience personas you can attribute an Ideation run to — a personalized, goal-oriented skill context, not a way to request on someone else's behalf. You can hold several with different goals, and a profile can belong to anyone with their own login too. No edit/delete yet, and no resume upload yet (both are fast-follows) — this is just enough to create and review profiles for Step 1.
