Config
Configure catalog vocab, run backfill operations, and tune ingestion behavior. Changes here affect the underlying data; UI preferences will live on a separate Settings page when added.
Personal Category Tags
Controlled vocab the intake routes user-supplied tags against. Matching
tags become
Personal Category Tags chips on the record;
unmatched tags fall to the free-form Tags field. Manages the
Side Hustle Opportunities DB vocab.
Matching is case-insensitive.
Auto-suggest from catalog
Analyze your existing Opportunities and propose recurring themes as candidate vocab terms.
Uses Claude Haiku (~$0.01/run).
Forager Coverage
Tune what each ideation run's Stage B (forage) actually pulls.
Higher limits = more raw signal = better synthesis, but slower
runs and (for paid sources) higher cost. Defaults match the
current hardcoded behavior — adjust to taste.

Global · queries per sub-angle
How many search queries to fire per Stage A sub-angle (each
hits every enabled forager). More queries = wider net, more API calls.
Ideation budget
Monthly $-cap enforced by the Ideation page. Runs that would push
your month-to-date spend past the cap are blocked at /start.
Set to 0 to disable the cap entirely.
Monthly cap (USD)
Default $5.00. Surface run ≈ $0.30-0.50 · Deep run ≈ $1.00-1.50.
Backfill — Resource Type
Re-fetch each existing Opportunities URL and recompute its
Resource Type via the skill's heuristic. Dry-run
shows what would change without writing. Force overwrite
replaces existing non-empty values; otherwise only empty fields
are populated. Records are processed in order of
never-backfilled first, then oldest-backfilled
— so iterative small-chunk runs progress through the catalog.
